The paperback edition of The Traitor's Tale won't be released until January, but yesterday I received the cover flat:

It's been added to the Alternative Covers page.

And since we feel this deserves some celebration, however minor, we've also got the first chapter of the book available for you to read. We're currently in the process of copy-editting the second chapter to make sure it matches the printed edition, and then we'll be posting that within the next day or two.

September has been a very busy month, both for the writing that needed to be done and the personal crises which sometimes insist on besetting one's personal life, and so the website has suffered some neglect. But we should have at least a short burst of activity over the next couple of weeks with new content being added, and -- if we can avoid any new catastrophes -- we should be able to keep that up for quite awhile.

As promised yesterday, the second chapter of The Traitor's Tale is now available for sampling here on the website. And, of course, you can still read the first chapter if you haven't already.

The Boy's Tale has been released in England as an unabridged audio book from Isis Soundings.

Amazon.co.uk is listing it for £31.95 (with free shipping in the United Kingdoms). Or you can order it directly from Isis for £17.99. We're going to try to get some audio samples for the site, but we're not sure when that's going to happen. (But I'll let you know as soon as it does!)
